Our Team

Parker Richard

Parker Richard, Development Associate, handles research as well as Commercial sales & leases for our brokerage. 


Parker has prior experience with industrial brokerage, residential & commercial property management. He grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and attended Indiana University and Trident Technical College where he studied Business Administration.  He is a proud member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). He is licensed as a South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson and is an Accredited Commercial Manager (ACoM). 

 

In his spare time, he enjoys sports, hunting and cars. He also enjoys spending time with his fiancé in West Ashley.

David Dick

David Dick, Owner & Broker in Charge, manages the financial and legal operations of Factotum Real Estate. David has over a decade of wide-ranging experience in the construction and real estate industry, both as a real estate developer and assisting clients through construction litigation and real estate transactions. 


David grew up in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended Lehigh University in Pennsylvania where he earned a dual Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance. After graduation, David received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Alabama School of Law. David is a licensed attorney, a licensed residential builder, and a licensed real estate broker. David’s comprehensive experience in construction, real estate, and law allows David to assist clients with many facets of the real estate process. 


David currently resides in West Ashley with his wife, Liza, and his three children. 

Elise Watt

Elise Watt is a residential Realtor® at Factotum Real Estate, specializing in luxury properties throughout the Charleston area. With a sharp eye for value and a strong foundation in marketing, Elise brings a personalized, results-driven approach to every transaction—helping her clients make confident, strategic moves in a competitive market.


Her career began at Sherwin-Williams, where she gained valuable leadership experience and first entered the world of real estate through personal investment. After building a successful portfolio of her own properties, Elise quickly rose to become a recognized name in residential sales. Her expertise now extends into property management, where she manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties bringing an investor’s perspective to Factotum Real Estate.


A native of Chapin, SC, Elise is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Marketing. She combines industry knowledge with hands-on experience to deliver thoughtful service and long-term value to her clients.



Elise currently lives in Park Circle and enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and attending events throughout Charleston.

Ben Perrone

Ben Perrone is a Commercial Realtor with Factotum Real Estate, experienced representing either side for sales and leases across virtually all asset types.


Ben grew up in Malvern, Pennsylvania, and received his undergraduate degree in Managerial Economics from Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia. After several years in sales, Ben enrolled in the College of Charleston’s Dual Master of Environmental Studies and Master of Public Administration program, adding a Graduate Certificate in Urban Planning, and graduating with honors. After some consulting roles, Ben moved into the Commercial Appraisal Industry, later shifting to brokerage. Ben’s diverse background and broad skill set allows him to produce innovative solutions for his clients. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and sits on the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors (CTAR) Advocacy Committee.


Ben lives in Park Circle with his wife, Meredith, daughter Marien, and their dog Tango. When he isn’t out on walkies, Ben enjoys golfing, cooking, and anything involving friends and family

David Dick

Sullivan Hagood, Development Associate, supports the execution of ground-up development projects, including site selection, underwriting, due diligence, entitlement coordination, budgeting, and managing consultants through design, permitting, and construction.


Sullivan was born and raised in Charleston, SC, where he attended The Citadel and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After graduation, Sullivan spent 8 years working in investment banking, most recently focusing on the healthcare sector. Sullivan is also licensed as a South Carolina Real Estate Salesperson. His collective experience across finance and accounting, M&A, construction, and real estate allows Sullivan to execute ground-up development projects with a disciplined, comprehensive perspective from land acquisition through delivery and stabilization.


Sullivan currently resides in James Island with his wife, Ximena, and his daughter, Penelope.
